10 years ago I wrangled the twitter password from my manager at my university job, convinced him to let me start posting, and I’ve been working in Social Media ever since.
Over the years, I’ve created accounts for new brands, taken over established accounts and rehauled accounts that needed a refresh. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients in the hospitality industry including restaurants, hotels, and events, and also have experience in government communications, creative writing and customer support.
My social philosophies are:
create timelines that balance curated professionalism with fun, real-time moments
always honour the brand
make every detail (and every post!) count
approach every account with curiosity - the more I can learn about your product/business/service, the more I can educate your followers!
celebrate the team and the people behind the scenes…the heart and soul of your business
